Terms of Service

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop halalbridge.shop with

Halal Bridge
Mujtaba Haidarzada
Österstr. 34
25704 Meldorf
Germany

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code (BGB)).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. By clicking the button "[Buy / Order with obligation to pay]", you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately after the order is placed and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our express declaration of acceptance (e.g., by shipping confirmation).

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The provisions of our separate cancellation policy, which can be found at https://halalbridge.shop/pages/widerrufsbelehrung, apply. A sample withdrawal form is not strictly required there, as you can also declare your withdrawal electronically via our withdrawal button.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. In accordance with § 19 German Turnover Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is shown. Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately on the respective product page or, at the latest, during the ordering process before the order is completed.

Payment can be made optionally via PayPal or by credit/debit card via Shopify Payments. Other payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process if available.

§ 5 Delivery and Shipping Conditions

Delivery takes place within Germany, the EU, and to other countries, provided they can be selected as a delivery destination during the ordering process. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page or during the ordering process. Should an ordered product not be available despite timely self-supply by our suppliers, we will inform you immediately; any payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on statutory warranty rights can be found in our return policy at https://halalbridge.shop/policies/refund-policy.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation insofar as the cause of damage is based on intent or gross negligence. Furthermore, we are liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the contract's purpose, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose observance you can regularly rely (cardinal obligations). In this case, however, we are only liable for foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected; this also applies to mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country at the time of the order, the application of mandatory consumer protection regulations of that country remains unaffected.
